On June 29, 2023, President Wei Yan and Mongolian Prime Minister Luvsannamsrai Oyun-Erdene attended the "Welcome to Mongolia" culture and tourism promotion event. 奥云额尔登总理在致辞中表示，国与国之间友好关系的基础是人与人之间的交往、相互信任与合作。他表示，他此次访华的主要目的在于进一步拉近两国之间的关系，并加强企业之间的信任。7月将举行蒙古国国庆那达慕，他想借此机会邀请中国朋友去蒙古国访问，体验蒙古国的自然风光和传统文化。他再次表达对蒙中关系合作更快、更有力地向前发展的愿望。

At the event, President Wei Yan had a friendly exchange with H.E. Mr. TuvshinBadral, the Mongolian Ambassador to China. Mongolian artists made wonderful singing and dancing performances such as horse-head fiddle and khoomei. Mongolian singers sang the famous Mongolian song "Ulaanbaatar Night" on the stage to give all guests a cultural and audio-visual feast.
