美国,是当今世界经济实力雄厚、生产力水平高度发达的资本主义国家，其综合国力在世界上占有举足轻重的地位。2012年9月16日，应美国内华达州拉斯维加斯郡署邀请，中外新闻社组织了来自中国香港、北京、陕西、安徽、广东、贵州等地的企业家组成的赴美代表团，在美国展开了为期15天的荣誉之旅。期间分别访问美国纽约、费城、华盛顿、拉斯维加斯、洛杉矶、旧金山、西雅图等城市。
The United States is a highly developed capitalist country with profound economic foundation and extremely high productivity. The country occupies a pivotal position in global economy. September 16th, invited by the Nevada County government, Home and Abroad News Press lead a group of Chinese entrepreneurs from Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanxi, Anhui, Guangdong and Guizhou as a business delegation to U.S. for a 15-day honorary tour. The delegation visited New York, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and other cities.
所到之处，中外新闻社赴美代表团团员都强烈地感受到美国先进的科学技术和繁荣的城市经济，但也看到存在的大量的社会问题。中外新闻社此次组团访美，是中外新闻社在推行新闻外交、推进中美合作上的一个举措，旨意在让中美企业家加深了解，促进合作，推动中美经贸合作关系稳步向前发展。
Wherever we went, the delegation members strongly feel the advanced science and technology in the United States and the prosperity of the urban economies. However, there are also some social problems existing in different cities. The purpose of the delegation to U.S. is to promote the news diplomacy and business cooperation between China and U.S. Through deep exchanges and discussions, the delegation wished to learn more about American business models, economic status and potential collaborative projects for enhancing steady development of China-US economic and trade cooperation.

纽约，是美国最大、最繁华的城市，位于美国大西洋海岸的东北部，是世界上重要的商业和金融中心。联合国总部设于该市，因此纽约被世人誉为“世界之都”。9月17日，我们代表团一行驱车前往纽约市参观。
New York City is the nation's largest and most prosperous city, located in the northeastern part of the Atlantic coast of the United States, and it is the world's most important commercial and financial center. The United Nations headquarters is located in the city; therefore, New York is also known as “The Capital City of the World”. Our delegation visited New York City on September 17th.
首先我们乘船去看自由女神。自由女神不仅是纽约的标志，而且是美国的象征，甚至与罗马教廷一样，是整个西方当今的精神价值体系的一个象征。代表团团员分别在这里从各个角度拍下了很多照片。
Firstly, we took a boat to see the Statue of Liberty. The Statue of Liberty is not only the symbol of New York City but also the symbol of the United States. The delegation members took a lot of photos from different angles for this well-known masterpiece.
下午，我们驱车来到纽约第五大道。第五大道不愧是时尚的殿堂，在那里可以找到所有的世界著名品牌。特别值得一提的便是他们的街头文化，这是一种多元性文化，他包含接纳所有不同宗族文化的人们来到这里，当我们融入在他们中间时，无不感到投进入了世界的怀抱，尽情享受多元文化带来的温馨。
In the afternoon, we came to the Fifth Avenue in Manhattan. The Fifth Avenue is truly a place for fashion, where you can find all of the world's famous brands. Particularly worth mentioning is the street culture. This is multicultural diversity which includes different people from various religions, cultures or backgrounds. When we interacted with them, we all felt zero distance with them and the whole world and really enjoyed the peace and beauty from this multicultural environment.
华盛顿是美国的政治中心，白宫、国会、美国最高法院以及绝大多数政府机构均设在这里。当我们代表团一行来到白宫门前南草坪的绿茵时，看到白宫顶端插上了美国国旗，陪同告诉我们，白宫顶端插上美国国旗，说明总统奥巴马就在里面办公。
Washington D.C. is the political center of the United States. The White House, Congress, the Supreme Court of the United States, and other government institutions are located here. When our delegation came to the South Lawn of the White House, we saw the American flag on the top of the White House. The tour guide told us that if the flag is on that means President Obama is working inside of his office right now.
美国国会大厦建在被称为“国会山”的全城最高点上，它是华盛顿的象征。这座乳白色的建筑有一个圆顶主搂和相互连接的东、西两翼大楼，美国国会参众两院都在国会大楼里办公。代表团成员与前来参观的其他外国朋友一起合影留念。
The U.S. Capitol was built on the highest point of the city known as the "Capitol Hill", it is the symbol of Washington D.C. This milky white building has a dome master hug with east and west wings. The House of Senate and the House of Representatives are in this giant building. The delegation members took pictures with other foreign friends at the Capitol Hill.

9月16日至10月1日历行15天，代表团先后到了费城、华盛顿、拉斯维加斯、洛杉矶、旧金山、西雅图等城市。9月20日，全体团员出席内华达州政府商务早餐会、首届中美品牌战略论坛、内华达州政府官员见面会，9月21日慰问政府创办的养老院，9月25日参观好莱坞环球影视城，9月29日拜会了美国波音公司、斯坦福大学，参观美国微软总部等机构。
From September 16th to October 1st, the delegation went to Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and other US cities. All members attended the Nevada state government business breakfast, the First China-US Branding Strategy Forum and met with the government officials on September 20th, visited a government sponsored nursing home on September 21st, visited the Universal Studios Hollywood on September 25th, then went to the headquarters of Boeing Company, Microsoft and Stanford University on September 29th.
美国之行---中外新闻社把和谐融入世界，向世人展示的不仅仅是一个传媒的职能，更是传递和平的纽带和桥梁。“展示‘新闻外交’、 推动世界和平”---成为中外新闻社发展的主旋律。
The tour to the United States --- Home and Abroad News Press once again demonstrated the harmonious integrations between China, U.S. and the world. “Promote 'News diplomacy' and the World Peace” will be always the key theme of Home and Abroad News Press.
