（中外新闻社 中外新闻网记者 胡树萌 乌仁）2026年4月29日, 庆祝中国与佛得角建交50周年招待会在北京凯宾斯基酒店国际宴会厅举行, 中华人民共和国外交部副部长苗得雨阁下, 非洲驻华外交使团团长、喀麦隆大使马丁·姆巴纳阁下等重要嘉宾出席, 中外新闻社总裁韦燕同多国大使也应邀出席庆祝中国与佛得角建交50周年招待会。
On April 29, 2026, the 50th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Cape Verde Reception was held in the International Ballroom of the Kempinski Hotel Beijing. Distinguished guests in attendance included Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China H.E. Mr. Miao Deyu and Ambassador of Cameroon and Head of the African Diplomatic Corps in China H.E. Mr. Martin Mpana. President Wei Yan of Home and Abroad News Press, with many ambassadors and diplomats, were also invited to attend the celebration event.
晚上19:00, 会场上奏响佛得角共和国国歌和中华人民共和国国歌, 然后佛得角共和国驻华大使阿林多·多罗萨里奥阁下致欢迎辞。
At 7:00 p.m., the national anthems of the Republic of Cape Verde and the People’s Republic of China were played at the venue, followed by the welcome remarks by His Excellency Mr. Arlindo Do Rosario, Ambassador of the Republic of Cape Verde to China.
多罗萨里奥大使在致辞中对各位嘉宾的到来表示诚挚感谢, 他满怀自豪地回顾了中国与佛得角建交50周年发展历程, 并重申佛中两国牢不可破的深厚友谊。他也罗萨里奥致辞中感谢中方在佛争取民族解放和国家发展过程中给予无私帮助, 表示佛中合作成果惠及人民, 相信中方零关税举措将为佛发展带来新的机遇。佛方愿同中方携手, 实现双边关系新的跨越。
In his remarks, Ambassador Arlindo Do Rosario expressed sincere gratitude to all the guests for their attendance. He proudly reviewed the 50-year history of diplomatic relations between China and Cape Verde and reaffirmed the unbreakable and deep friendship between the two countries. He also thanked China for its selfless assistance during Cape Verde’s struggle for national liberation and development. He noted that the fruits of Cape Verde-China cooperation have benefited the people and expressed confidence that China’s zero-tariff initiative would bring new opportunities for Cape Verde’s development. The Cape Verdean side is willing to work hand in hand with China to achieve a new leap forward in bilateral relations.
佛得角总理席尔瓦发表视频致辞, 强调佛中关系坚实稳固、互利共赢。佛方恪守一个中国原则, 坚定支持多边主义, 愿同中方拓展在农业、能源、经济等领域合作, 推动两国战略伙伴关系取得更大发展。祝贺在中华人民共和国国家主席习近平的英明领导下, 中国克服重重挑战、实现巨大进步。
Prime Minister Ulisses Correia e Silva of Cape Verde delivered a video address, emphasizing that Cape Verde-China relations are solid and stable, and based on mutual benefit and win-win outcomes. Cape Verde adheres to the One-China Principle, firmly supports multilateralism, and is willing to expand cooperation with China in areas such as agriculture, energy, and the economy to further advance the strategic partnership between the two countries. He congratulated China on overcoming numerous challenges and achieving tremendous progress under the wise leadership of Xi Jinping, President of the People’s Republic of China.
致辞结束后, 多罗萨里奥大使与苗得雨副部长同在场各国大使举杯同庆, 共切庆祝中国与佛得角建交50周年蛋糕。
Following the speeches, Ambassador Rosario, Vice Minister Miao Deyu, and ambassadors from various countries in the venue raised their glasses in celebration and jointly cut the celebration cake to mark the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Cape Verde.
