（中外新闻社中外新闻网记者北京报道）疫情冲击下的世界正在发生着深刻变化。2011年至今为止，已有108个国家驻华大使成为“《中外新闻》时代新闻人物”，2020年9月5日，在这个喜庆的日子，中外新闻社大使俱乐部应运而生，8国驻华大使在北京红石艺术馆为中外新闻社大使俱乐部成立剪彩。它将成为加强各国之间的相互信任与睦邻友好，是一个开放、多元、健康的汇聚平台。
The world under the impact of the pandemic is undergoing profound changes. Since 2011, 108 foreign ambassadors to China have become "Home and Abroad News Press --- the News Person of the Year". On September 5th, 2020, Home and Abroad News Press “Ambassador’s Club” was founded in Beijing. The eight ambassadors to China cut the ribbon for the “Ambassador’s Club” in the Redstone Art Museum. It will become an open, diverse and positive platform to strengthen mutual trust and good-neighborly friendship between countries.

疫情的突然来袭，打破了很多人原本平静的生活，没有了过年的喧嚣，没有了节日的喜庆，路上空荡荡一片，好像整个世界都停止了，所有的大城市仿佛一夜之间都变成了空城。在北京工作的各国驻华大使心情都感同身受，有很多话想说，有很多情感想表达。
The sudden attack of the pandemic hit many people in many ways. There was no hustle and no fun during the Chinese New Year, and the roads were completely empty. It seems that the whole world had stopped, and all the big cities have become separated land overnight. Many ambassadors and diplomats working or living in Beijing all felt the same. There are many things to say and many emotions to express from their hearts.

各国使节参观大使俱乐部博物馆

中外新闻社认为疫情冲击下成立“大使俱乐部”是可行之事，韦燕总裁此前与多国大使交流形成共识。这是世界大家庭和谐、美好的家园，是东西方文化的交融。当天，中外新闻社总裁韦燕、中外新闻社荣誉社长沈峰给出席中外新闻社大使俱乐部成立仪式的8国大使颁发“中外新闻社大使俱乐部至尊卡”，大使可以凭卡免费在红石艺术馆商务用餐、品茗茶、喝咖啡，交流、洽谈事务、共叙友谊，鉴赏中国书画、奇石、雕塑、翡翠珠宝、工艺美术、玉器、青铜器、名贵硬木家具、陶艺等艺术品。
