当晚，河南省政府副省长张敏为大使代表团举行欢迎晚宴。张敏对大使团一行的到访表示诚挚欢迎，她介绍了河南的经济社会发展情况及投资条件和环境，指出河南正积极融入“一带一路”建设，深入实施制度型开放战略，空中、陆上、网上、海上“四条丝路”协同并进，枢纽经济优势进一步加强，开放水平进一步提升。她强调，河南一直保持着与多国的密切经贸合作关系，双方在装备制造、食品加工、医疗医药等领域具有广阔的合作空间，希望与中国与所在国深化交流，落地更多合作项目，实现互利共赢。
In the evening, Mrs. Zhang Min, Vice Governor of Henan Provincial Government, held a welcome dinner for the Ambassadors delegation. She expressed her sincere welcome to the delegation and introduced the economic and social development of Henan and its investment conditions and environment, pointing out that Henan is actively integrating into the " Belt and Road Initiative", deeply implementing the systematic opening-up strategy through the "Four Silk Roads" of air, land, online and ocean connections, the advantages of hub economy are further strengthened, and the level of opening-up is further enhanced. She emphasized that Henan has been maintaining close economic and trade cooperation with many countriesin the equipment manufacturing, food processing, medical and pharmaceutical fields.
