（中外新闻社 中外新闻网记者 张珈闻 施晓伟）2025年1月8日晚上, 应缅甸联邦共和国驻华大使吴丁貌瑞阁下邀请, 中外新闻社总裁韦燕，副总裁张珈闻同多国大使出席庆祝缅甸联邦共和国77周年国庆招待会。中国外交部副部长孙卫东作为中方主礼嘉宾出席活动，并同缅甸联邦共和国驻华大使吴丁貌瑞（H.E. Mr. U Tin Maung Swe）阁下共切生日蛋糕。
January 8, 2025, at the invitation of Ambassador of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to ChinaH.E. Mr. U Tin Maung Swe, President of Home and Abroad News Press Ms. Wei Yan and Vice President Mr. Alan Zhang attended the 77th Independence Day Reception of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar together with ambassadors and diplomats from various countries. Mr. Sun Weidong, Deputy Minister of Chinese Foreign Affairs, attended the reception as the guest of honor and cut the birthday cake with Ambassador U Tin Maung Swe.
晚上19:18分，会场上演奏缅甸联邦共和国国歌、中华人民共和国国歌，出席缅甸联邦共和国77周年国庆招待会的有各国驻华使节，及中国政府部委办相关机构、中资机构、文化艺术界代表等100多人出席会议。
At 7:18 p.m., the national anthem of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and the national anthem of the People's Republic of China were played at the venue, and more than 100 people attending the 77th Independence Day Reception included ambassadors of various countries in China and representatives of the relevant agencies of the Chinese ministries, government bodies and Chinese-funded organizations as well as cultural and artistic circles.
缅甸联邦共和国驻华大使吴丁貌瑞阁下致欢迎辞，他说，今天我们怀着自豪又激动的心情庆祝缅甸联邦共和国成立77周年。
Ambassador H.E. Mr. U Tin Maung Swedelivered a welcoming speech, saying that today we celebrate the 77th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar with pride and excitement.

He expressed that I would like to extend my deepest appreciations to you all for joining today’s celebration of the 77th anniversary of the Independence Day of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. My special thanks go to H.E. Mr. Sun Weidong, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China for gracing our auspicious occasion today.
吴丁貌瑞说，在历史上这一重要里程碑的日子里，我们没有忘记，缅甸曾沦为殖民地100多年，经过缅甸人民的不懈努力，终于在1948年1月4日重新获得了独立。联邦精神，是历史上努力争取独立的根源，同样，也是维护未来民主国家的基础。
Ambassador H.E. Mr. U Tin Maung Swe said, Myanmar was under colonial rule for more than a century. Thanks to the constant determination and hard work of the Myanmar people along with the Union Spirit of unity and coexistence among the national races, the country regained its independence on January 4, 1948. The Union Spirit was the source of the past efforts for the independence and also the foundation for safeguarding the future democratic nation.
面对全世界的挑战进行国家建设，我们需要来自和我们关系亲密友好的朋友国家的理解和支持。我们时刻牢记：“在需要帮助的时候给与帮助的才是真朋友”这一谚语。值此吉祥的时刻，借此招待会的举办，再次衷心感谢各友好国家对努力致力于发展的缅甸的每一次进步所给与的理解，支持，友谊和帮助！
In our nation-building endevours amid today’s global challenges, it is also necessary to have support and understanding from our loving friends. We always have noted the proverb “a Friend in need is a friend indeed”. Taking this opportunity of today’s event, I here would like to extend my sincere appreciation to all friends of Myanmar for extending your understandings, support, friendship and offered assistances throughout our endevours and developments. We believe to have your continuous support and understanding in the future as well.
中缅两国无论是从地缘上，还是历史上，都是相互关联的；两国人民共饮一江水，是同甘共苦的人类共同体关系中的胞波兄弟。自1950年6月8日，两国建立外交关系开始，在过去的75年之中，中缅两国以和平共处五项原则为基础，互相尊重，互相理解，在各领域亲密合作，在各方面友好联动，两国间的亲密友好关系获得了更加深入的发展。
The bonds between Myanmar and China are geographically and historically connected and people of two countries are like “Phauk-Phaw” (brothers), drinking water from the same river and share the same future. Since the establishment of the diplomatic relations between our two countries on June 8, 1950, our two countries have deepened our relations with close cooperation and comprehensive partnership in a wide range of areas based on mutual respect and understanding under the framework of Five Principles of Peaceful Co-existence.
吴丁貌瑞最后说，在此我要感谢东盟国家对于缅甸国内政局所给与提供的积极的建设性的帮助；感谢东盟所有成员国积极参与探讨解决缅甸的和平问题。在世界事务中，我们坚定支持东盟作为地缘政治挑战中重要地区组织的主体作用；未来，缅甸将秉承东盟精神，平衡组织利益和缅甸的民族利益，积极投身东盟事业。
He also said, I would like to express my sincere appreciations to all ASEAN member states, particularly those that have consistently and actively supported our efforts towards a peaceful resolution for Myanmar. Since its accession to ASEAN in July 1997, Myanmar has been diligently working and implementing all procedures and practices required as a member country. In the face of global geopolitical challenges, Myanmar remains steadfast in its support for the centrality of ASEAN, the most important regional organization. Myanmar reaffirms its commitment to actively participate in the organization, guided by the ASEAN Spirit, while balancing the interests of both ASEAN and Myanmar in the future.

Mr. Sun Weidong and Ambassador U Tin Maung Swecut the birthday cake together. The banquet hall was fullwith joy, and everyone raised their glasses to celebrate the 77th birthday of Myanmar and the long-lasting friendship between China and Myanmar!
随后，穿着节日盛装的使馆工作人员和缅甸在京留学生等带来了极具特色的缅甸歌舞表演。曼妙的舞姿和动人的歌声赢得了现场观众的阵阵掌声，不少观众还在台下随着音乐一起摇摆，节日气氛热烈。
Afterwards, the staff of the Embassy and Myanmar students in Beijing dressed in festival costumes presented a very characteristic Myanmar dance performance. The delicate dancing and touching singing won the applause of the audience, and many of them even swayed with the music under the stage.
缅甸联邦共和国驻华大使吴丁貌瑞阁下是中外新闻社大使俱乐部荣誉主席。中外新闻社总裁韦燕在会上同中国外交部副部长孙卫东、缅甸联邦共和国驻华大使吴丁貌瑞阁下、斯里兰卡驻华大使马金达•贾升和阁下等友好交流, 并共进晚宴, 相约下次大使俱乐部活动再次相聚。
Ambassador U Tin Maung Sweis the Honorary President of Home and Abroad News Press Ambassadors Club. President Wei Yan had a friendly exchange with Mr. Sun Weidong, AmbassadorU Tin Maung Swe and Ambassador of Sri Lanka Mr. Majintha Joseph Priye Jayesinghe etc. They exchanged views with each other, had dinner together and promised to meet again in the next Ambassadors Club event.
