On June 3rd, the Golden Horse Palace Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia was full of flags and festival atmospheres. Malaysian Deputy Finance Minister Mr. Lin Xiangcai opened the ceremony and Malaysian Senator Wang Saizhi hosted the ceremony and awarded the prize winners.
