2021年6月25日中外新闻社大使俱乐部2021首场活动：上海国博园接受多国入驻--上海国博园国家馆启动仪式在上海世界手工艺产业博览园隆重举行。来自斯洛伐克、泰国、牙买加、巴哈马、塔吉克斯坦、吉尔吉斯坦、阿富汗、委内瑞拉、埃塞俄比亚、尼泊尔、伊朗、菲律宾、斯里兰卡、巴基斯坦、古巴、多哥、阿塞拜疆、印度尼西亚、贝宁、坦桑尼亚等21个国家驻华大使、副大使、参赞、驻沪总领事及中共中央宣传部出版局原副局长张凡先生，中国联合国协会理事、联合国妇女国际论坛前主席侣海林女士，联合国国际合作协调局局长蒋位卿先生，联合国国际合作协调局副局长兼新闻部部长、中外新闻社总裁韦燕女士，全球可持续发展论坛组委会执行主席章起华先生，上海世界手工艺产业博览园董事长房福军先生等嘉宾出席上海国博园国家馆启动仪式，以开放、友好、合作的姿态，立足上海和中国共产党创建百年的历史坐标，展开新一轮的国际合作。

Foreign diplomats from 21 countries including Slovakia, Thailand, Jamaica, Bahamas, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan, Venezuela, Ethiopia, Nepal, Iran, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Cuba, Togo, Azerbaijan, Indonesia, Benin and Tanzania, as well as the Former Deputy Director of the Publishing Bureau of the CPC Central Committee’s Central Committee, Mr. Zhang Fan, the Former Chairman of the United Nations Women’s International Forum Mrs. Lu Hailin, the Director of the United Nations International Cooperation and Collaboration Agency Mr. Jiang Weiqing, the President of Home and Abroad News Press Mrs. Wei Yan, the Executive Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Global Sustainable Development Forum Mr. Zhang Qihua, and the Chairman of the Shanghai World Handicraft Industry Expo Park Mr. Fang Fujun, and more than 100 guests attended the launching ceremony of the National Pavilions at the Shanghai National Expo Park. Based on open, friendly, and cooperative principles and the historical values of the century-old establishment of the Communist Party of China in Shanghai, this project surely opened a new chapter for international cooperation.
联合国国际合作协调局副局长兼新闻部部长、中外新闻社总裁、中外新闻社大使俱乐部主席韦燕女士致欢迎辞。韦燕说，今天我们汇聚在美丽的上海，感受这座城市的魅力。上海是世界观察中国的窗口，近年来创造了一个又一个经济发展的奇迹。伴随着中国经济的迅速崛起，特别是“中国国际进口博览会”等主场外交活动，在上海“立足”对推动国际经贸往来和地区合作具有重要意义。

韦燕说，中国中共中央宣传部批准“国家文化产业发展项目库首批入库项目”--上海国博园，国博园今天将入驻21国“国家馆”，“国家馆”将对接一年一度中国国际进口博览会的参观人群和企业家代表团，今后还将有100个国家入驻上海国博园国家馆展厅。韦燕表示，大幕已经揭开，各方合作正在进行，预祝我们合作成功。
She continued that Shanghai National Expo Park is an approved project as "the first batch of flagship projects of the National Cultural Industry Development Theme" by the Publicity Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. 21 National Pavilions will be established in Shanghai National Expo Park, and those "National Pavilions" will be connecting with the China International Import Expo (CIIE) every year to attract visitors and entrepreneur delegations around the world. In the future, here will be 100 National Pavilions established in this Expo Park. She said that the curtain has been unveiled and great potentials for cooperation will be discovered for countries. We wish a great success for National Expo Park.
上海世界手工艺产业博览园董事长、上海国博园项目负责人房福军先生在会上致辞。他说，上海国博园国家馆将进一步把握历史赋予我们的机遇，融入上海的文化战略布局，将区位优势变为现实发展优势，努力构建成具有国际战略定位的文化与产业创驱动的创新园区，并将在相关政府部门的支持与指导下，成为产业平台的联结者、服务者和推动者，为世界各地区国家多领域合作，提升强效创新发展动力。目前，上海国博园方面正在积极采集各个入驻国家的文化与产业相关信息，根据地区国家的实际情况，加快推进“上海国博园国家馆”的项目实施，力争在最快时间将充分体现各国文化及产业特色的国家馆呈现在世人眼前。

会上，房福军董事长给入驻上海国博园国家馆的国家代表颁发“馆位证书”，并根据本国文化，经贸项目，旅游等内容由上海国博园无偿提供展厅设计、施工、及后续运营管理。
At the Ceremony, Chairman Fang Fujun presented the "National Pavilion Certificates" to the representatives of participating countries. According to the services agreements, Shanghai National Expo Park will provide free pavilion designs, construction, and operational maintenance to each National Pavilions to fully demonstrate their national culture, economy and tourism and other contents.
泰王国驻华大使阿塔育•习萨目阁下代表21国入驻上海国博园的国家致答谢辞，他高度赞赏上海世界手工艺产业博览园具有的国际眼光。他说，泰国很荣幸的成为第一批入驻国博园的国家。泰国是世界闻名的旅游胜地，与中国建立了全面战略合作伙伴关系。希望国博园的建立，能推动双方加强人文交流和产业对接，在文化旅游等更多领域开展务实合作、结出丰硕成果。
The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to China H.E. Mr. Arthayudh Srisamoot, on behalf of the 21 participating countries expressed appreciation for the international vision of the Shanghai World Handicraft Industry Expo and Shanghai National Expo Park. He said that Thailand is honored to be a member of the first group of participating countries to have National Pavilions in Shanghai National Expo Park. Thailand is a world-famous tourist destination and has established a comprehensive strategic partnership with China. It is hoped that through Shanghai National Expo Park, we will promote cultural exchanges and industrial docking between the two sides and carry out practical cooperation in more fields such as cultural tourism with fruitful results.
活动当天，中外嘉宾专程到上海国博园进行实地考察，详细了解园区的情况以及探讨如何更好地为文化与产业合作，上海世界手工艺产业博览园作为联合国教科文组织下属机构世界手工艺理事会在中国唯一授权的世界级手工艺博览园。通过在上海国博园设立国家馆，可以高度融入全球产业价值链的中外企业，沟通、了解、合作，探寻创新方向，为本国经济发展持续注入新动能。
Before the ceremony, Chinese and foreign guests made a special trip to the Shanghai National Expo Park to learn more about the park features and current status, and exchange ideas to make better cultural and industrial cooperation with each other. Shanghai World Handicraft Industry Expo Park is the only authorized world-class handicraft expo park under the UNESCO-affiliated World Handicraft Council in China. By establishing national pavilions in Shanghai National Expo Park, Chinese and foreign companies can be highly integrated into the global industrial value chain, and they will better communicate, understand, cooperate, explore opportunities together to create new momentum for the country's economic development.
