（中外新闻社小记者）尼泊尔是一个历史文化厚重的国家，有着举世闻名的杜巴广场、斯瓦扬布纳特寺、博德纳大佛塔、巴特岗古王宫、昌古纳拉扬寺、帕坦、帕斯帕提那寺、兰毗尼八大世界文化遗产。2024年8月6日，“见证友谊”--2024中外新闻社暑期小记者团应邀来到尼泊尔驻华大使馆，采访尼泊尔驻华大使比什努•施雷斯塔阁下。
Nepal is a country with a rich historical and cultural heritage, boasting eight world-renowned world cultural heritages: Patan Durbar Square, SwoyambhuMahachaitya, Bodhnath Stupa, Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Changu Narayan Temple, Lalitpur, Pashupatinath Temple and Lumbini. On August 6, 2024, “Witness Friendship” 2024 Summer Home and Abroad News Press Junior Journalists was invited to the Nepalese Embassy in China to interview Ambassador of Nepal to China, H.E. Mr. Bishnu Pukar Shrestha.
2023年4月24日，比什努•施雷斯塔在人民大会堂向国家主席习近平递交国书，正式成为尼泊尔驻华大使。当他进入采访会议厅时，与小记者一一问候，比什努•施雷斯塔大使对小记者们的到来充满期待。他首先介绍尼泊尔国家的慨况，然后还听取中外新闻社总编辑韦燕曾经到访尼泊尔，采访了尼泊尔前总理、共产党 (联合马列)领导人贾拉•纳特•卡纳尔，现在韦燕总编辑又带领小记者采访尼泊尔大使馆，可见中外新闻社对尼泊尔国家的重视。
On April 24, 2023, Mr. Bishnu Pukar Shrestha formally became the Nepalese Ambassador to China by presenting his credentials to President Xi Jinping at the Great Hall of the People.When he entered the meeting room, he greeted the junior journalists one by oneand welcomed the whole team of Home and Abroad News Press. He first introduced the general information about Nepal, and then listened to the Editor-in-Chief Ms. Wei Yan for her interview with the former Prime Minister and leader of the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Socialist) Jhala Nath Khanal. Now, Wei Yan is taking the junior journalists to interview the Nepalese Embassy, which shows the importance that Home and Abroad News Press attaches great importance to Nepal.
进入采访环节，小记者提问：“您好, 尊敬的大使阁下！我们小记者能采访您感到非常高兴。今年8月1日我们迎来了中国和尼泊尔建交69周年，中国和尼泊尔山水相连，世代友好。你认为：两国青少年, 将如何接过传承中尼建交69年来的宝贵友谊？谢谢!”
A junior journalist asked a question to start the interview: “Hello, Dear Ambassador! It is a great pleasure for us to have this interview with you today. This August 1st marks for the 69th Anniversary of establishing the diplomatic relations between China and Nepal. In your opinions: how will the youth of the two countries carry on the valuable friendship between China and Nepal over the 63 years of diplomatic relations? Thank you!”
“这是一个很好的问题! 尼泊尔和中国的西藏有边界线，两国青少年友好交流可以推进两国之间的友谊。我认为，首先你们要了解两国的历史，2600年前佛祖释迦牟尼就诞生在尼泊尔兰毗尼，佛陀是一个伟大的教育家，他教育我们如何创造美好的人生。中国的孔子与释迦摩尼佛是同一时代，一个开创了延续3000余年的东方传统文化: 儒学；一个创建了世界上最大的宗教之一: 佛教。还有现在两国领导人为两国友好关系发展所做出的努力，你们要接过‘接力棒’，你们现在就是中国和尼泊尔之间友谊的桥梁，希望你们很好的学习，传承中尼两国的友谊。” 比什努•施雷斯塔大使谈到。
“This is a very good question! Nepal and China's Xizang have a border line, and friendly exchanges between the youth of the two countries can promote the friendship between the two countries. I think first of all, you should understand the history of the two countries. The Buddha Sakyamuni was born in Lumbini, Nepal 2600 years ago. Buddha was a great educator who taught us how to create a better life. China's Confucius and Sakyamuni Buddha are at the same time. One has created a traditional oriental culture: Confucianism, which has lasted for more than 3000 years; one has created one of the largest religions in the world: Buddhism. And now the efforts made by the leaders of the two countries for continuing the friendly relations between the two countries, you are the bridge of friendship between China and Nepal. I hope you can learn well and pass on this friendship going forward.” Ambassador Bishnu Pukar Shrestha answered.
“您好大使阁下，今年5月，您参加“机遇中国•品牌重庆”驻华使节重庆行活动时在“陆海小使者”国际交流项目启动仪式上，您与重庆小学生交流。可见你对两国青少年合作交流的重视，为推动两国青少年友好交流发挥了重要的作用，你觉得：中国同尼泊尔在教育领域还有哪些合作空间？谢谢！”小记者问。
“Hello, Mr. Ambassador. When you participated in the diplomat tour to Chongqing in May this year, you communicated with primary school students in Chongqing at the launching ceremony of the “Little Messenger” international exchange program. It can be seen that you attach great importance to the cooperation and exchange between the youth of the two countries, and have played an important role in promoting friendly exchanges between the youth of the two countries. In your opinions, what is the potential cooperation between China and Nepal in the field of education? thank you!” a junior journalist asked.
比什努•施雷斯塔大使谈到，是的，我到了重庆，重庆的发展和创新也给我留下了深刻印象。教育层面的话，其实从小学、初中、高中、大学，其实我们两个国家都有在交流。那现在在做的一件事就是希望通过用奖学金的方式，把更多的尼泊尔的学生带来中国留学。尼泊尔早已经把教育直入国家宪法中，每一个小孩免费教育，小学到高中学业保证，近年来政府投入很大费用，尼泊尔还去世界上教育发达的国家、包括中国聘请教师给尼泊尔学生上课，尼泊尔教育程度已达99.6%。
Ambassador Bishnu Pukar Shresthasaid: Yes, I have been to Chongqing and its development and innovation have left a deep impression on me. In terms of education, there are actually exchanges between our two countries from primary schools, junior high schools, high schools and universities. We hope to bring more Nepalese students to study in China through scholarships. Nepal has long incorporated education into its national constitution, with free education for every child and guaranteed academic performance from primary to high school. In recent years, the government has invested heavily, and Nepal has also hired teachers from educationally developed countries around the world, including China, to teach Nepalese students. Nepal's education level has reached 99.6%.
大使表示，尼泊尔有着“雪山王国”的美誉，世界上14座海拔8000米以上的高峰，尼泊尔拥有其中的8座，而其中最吸引人的是终年白雪皑皑的喜马拉雅山。尼泊尔地处亚洲文明的交叉地，印度教、佛教、皇宫建筑以及丰富多彩的自然资源构成了当地独特的旅游资源，是世界上最适合徒步旅行的国家之一。这两年到尼泊尔旅游的中国游客剧增，尼泊尔十分重视中国游客，给中国游客提供了很多优惠条件和便利措施，大使期盼尼泊尔与中国之间的互联互通能进一步加强，尤其是在航空方面。语言已不是问题，现在尼泊尔有很多导游和服务人员都在努力学习中文，两国人民之间的交流会更加顺畅。
The ambassador also said that Nepal has the reputation of "the Kingdom of Snow Mountains” with 8 out of the 14 peaks in the world above 8000 meters in altitude. The most attractive one is the Himalayas, which are covered in snow all year round. Nepal is located at the intersection of Asian civilizations, with unique tourism resources consisting of Hinduism, Buddhism, palace architecture, and rich natural resources. It is one of the most suitable countries for hiking in the world. In the past two years, the number of Chinese tourists visiting Nepal has increased dramatically. Nepal attaches great importance to Chinese tourists and provides them with many preferential conditions and convenient measures. The ambassador hopes that the connectivity between Nepal and China can be further strengthened, especially in the aviation sector. Language is no longer a problem. Now, many tour guides and service staffs in Nepal are working hard to learn Chinese, and the communication between the two peoples will be smoother.
小记者们还就感兴趣的问题同比什努•施雷斯塔大使交流。尼泊尔大使馆的采访，小记者们揭开了一个佛教国家神秘的面纱，采访结束，小记者给大使赠送了自己的小礼物，祝福大使在中国工作、生活愉快。合影时，宾主双方齐声欢呼：中尼友谊万岁！
The junior journalists also exchanged ideas with Ambassador Bishnu Pukar Shrestha on many topics. During the interview in the Nepalese Embassy, the junior journalistsunveiled the mysterious veil of a Buddhist country. After the interview, the junior journalistspresented their own gifts to the ambassador, wishing him a happy work and life in China. When taking the group photo, everyone cheered and loudly said: Long live the friendship between China and Nepal!
