8月1日下午，“见证友谊”中外新闻社小记者2016暑期访问外国驻华使领馆小记者团在北京湘水之珠德胜门店VlP 9号院举行了开团仪式。中央电视台军事频道总监黄齐国、中国报道网“人物报道”总编辑李传军、中国华夏万里行国际文化交流中心主任郑秀才、中外新闻社总裁韦燕、中外新闻社执行社长刘登臣、中外新闻社副社长李明远、中外新闻社副社长马晓忠、中外新闻社创社副社长赵焕祥、中外新闻社社会活动部主任魏炯才等领导应邀出席，黄齐国将军对即将出征、肩负着外事采访任务的小记者们发表了重要讲话。联合国附属机构北北合作组织首席新闻官、中外新闻社总裁韦燕在会上就“见证友谊”中外新闻社2016暑期访问外国驻华使领馆小记者团采访的国家一一作了介绍，并对外交礼仪、采访技巧、标题制作等进行了实战培训。
In the afternoon of August 1st, “Witness Friendship – Home and Abroad News Press 2016 Summer Junior Journalist Delegation to Foreign Embassies in China” officially kicked off in Beijing.
