10月11日，由捷克驻华大使馆、斯洛伐克驻华大使馆、中国烹饪协会联合主办的中华美食节在捷克驻华大使馆官邸隆重举办。捷克共和国农业部第一副部长科扎克、捷克共和国驻华大使利博尔·塞其卡、斯洛伐克共和国驻华大使弗兰季谢克·德霍波切克、捷克纳霍德市市长简·比尔克等，受邀嘉宾来自国家行政管理部门的相关代表，对美食业感兴趣的中小型企业家代表，各大酒店的代表以及新闻界朋友等800余位中外来宾出席了美食节活动，本刊记者应邀参加。
October 11th, jointly organized by the Czech Embassy, the Slovak Embassy and China Cuisine Association, the Chinese Food Festival was held in the official residence of the Czech Embassy in Beijing. The Deputy Minister of Czech Agriculture Ministry Mr. Stanislav Kozak and the Czech Ambassador to China H. E. Mr. Libor Secka, the Slovak Ambassador to China H. E. Mr. Frantisek Dlhopolcek, the Mayor of Nachod city Jan Birke and other guests were invited to attend the festival. Over 800 Chinese and foreign guests, entrepreneurs and representatives from various governments and institutions celebrated together with delicious food in the beautiful sceneries. Our reporters were also invited to attend the event.

在使馆青翠环绕、轻松愉悦的氛围下，来宾们有机会品尝到了来自三个国家高品质的特色美食及饮品。美食节不仅能够加强中捷双边关系、增进双方文化交流，也为捷克食品进口商提供了展示产品的契机。
With the relaxing and pleasant atmospheres, the guests enjoyed the high quality food and drinks from the three countries. The Food Festival not only strengthens the bilateral relations and cultural exchanges between China and Czech, but also provides good opportunities for the Czech food importers to show their unique products.

产自皮尔森州的举世闻名的金牌皮尔森也作为捷克共和国名品美酒代表出席了此次美食节活动。此外，纳霍德市市长还为来宾们介绍了纳霍德啤酒。捷克纳霍德酿酒厂所生产的这种小麦啤酒，于2013年在英国举办的世界啤酒奖上被评选为了年度最佳啤酒。
The world famous wine "Gold Pearson" is produced from Pearson State of Czech Republic. As the signature brand, "Gold Pearson" came to the Food Festival. Furthermore, the Mayor of Nachod city Jan Birke introduced the Nachod beer to the guests. This wheat beer produced from Nachod, Czech won the title of "Best Beer 2013" in the World Bear Expo in UK.

斯洛伐克共和国驻中国大使弗兰季谢克德霍波切克先生在致辞中感谢捷克共和国大使和中国烹饪协会让他能有机会参与这次活动，这次美食节是三国的美食文化的难得的交流机会，他为我们成功地举办了这次美食节感到由衷的高兴。
The Slovak Ambassador to China H. E. Mr. Frantisek Dlhopolcek thanked the Czech Republic and China Cuisine Association for inviting him to this wonderful festivity, and he mentioned that this festival is a rare opportunity for three countries to communicate and gather together. He felt so pleased for such a success in the event.

正在中国访问的捷克共和国农业部副部长科扎克先生专门安排时间出席了美食节，他在讲话中高度评价了本次美食节活动，他认为这样的美食节活动是开展国家间文化交流的一个新的尝试，同时，他希望捷中两国的美食文化交流应该经常不断的开展下去。
The Deputy Minister of Czech Agriculture Ministry Mr. Stanislav Kozak also specially arranged his time to attend the festival, and he highly appreciated the successful festival. He said the event like this will offer new opportunities for civil-level exchanges and hope this kind of events will continue in the future.
