俄罗斯驻广州总领事馆采访前，几乎所有小记者都知道，中俄两国关系发展迅速，尤其是在文化、教育、旅游领域的合作水平日益深入，近年来成功的举办了一系列国家年活动，这里包括中俄两国国家年、语言年、旅游年、青年友好交流年等等，两国媒体之间的合作是双边关系中的重要组成部分，2015年我们两国领导人共同宣布中俄两国将于2016至2017年举办“中俄媒体交流年”，媒体交流年组委会制定了详细的活动规划，其中包括200多项具体的活动。能到如此“亮点多多”的领事馆采访总领事，小记者们自然好开心。
Before the interview with the Russian Consulate General in Guangzhou, almost all junior journalists knew that China and Russia’s relations have developed rapidlyover the past decades, especially the level of cooperation in culture, education and tourism sectors. Furthermore, the cooperation of media is an important part of bilateral relations between China and Russia. In 2015, the leaders of the two countries jointly announced that the two countries will hold the “China Russia Media Exchange Year”between 2016 and 2017. The organizing committee madea detailed plan, including more than 200 specific activities. The junior journalists are really happy to have an exclusive interview with such consulate general in Guangzhou.

“你好，普罗斯维尔金总领事！首先向你致以新年的祝福。2016年11月13日你在广东外语外贸大学出席首届 “中国与俄语世界”国际论坛并发表致辞。可见你对两国青少年学生的交流极为重视，当前中俄文化交流日益活跃，你认为：中俄两国学生应该如何交流本国文化?”
“Hello, Consul General Mr. Prosvirkin Lvovich. You participated and delivered a keynote speech at the First International Forum of “China and Russian-Speaking World” in the Guangdong University of Foreign Studies on November 13th, 2016. From this event, we can see that you have attached great importance to the youth and students’ exchange between the two countries. In your opinions, what should Chinese and Russian students do to promote exchanges with their own culture?”

“谢谢你的问题。俄罗斯和中国都是世界大国。我们未来友好关系发展都在你们手里。中俄两国学生应该如何交流本国文化?我认为：无论是中俄哪国学生，你不仅仅需要了解自己国家文化，也要了解对方国文化。为此，我们举办了600场活动，莫斯科大学和北京理工大学联合办学，成立了 ‘中俄大学’。你们可以在这所大学学习俄文和英文，俄罗斯学生也可以选择在网上和你们交朋友，双方建立直接联系，希望你们青少年都为两国关系友好发展做出努力。” 普罗斯维尔金总领事回答说。
“Thank you for your question. Russia and China are two great powers in the world. The future of our friendly relations is in your hands. What should Chinese and Russian students do to promote exchanges with their own culture? In my opinions, no matter which students in China or Russia, they should not only learn and understand their own national culture, but also to understand each other's culture. You can learn Russian and English in this university. Russian students can make friends with you through the internet. The both sides can establish direct contacts, I wish all of you can make more efforts to develop the friendly relations between the two countries.” Consul-General Lvovich answered.

有小记者问：“普罗斯维尔金总领事你好！你曾在广州少年儿童图书馆外文馆为广州小读者讲述了俄罗斯经典童话《渔夫与金鱼的故事》，并介绍作者伟大诗人普希金。我们非常感兴趣，请你给我们简单的讲述一下这个故事好吗？
Another junior journalist asked: “Hello Mr. Consul General, you have been in the Foreign Language Center of Guangzhou Children's Library to tell the classic Russian fairy tale story “The Fisherman and the Golden Fish” to the little readers in Guangzhou, and you also introduced the author - the great Russian poet Alexander Pushkin. We are very interested in this tale. Could you please give us a summary about the story?”

普罗斯维尔金总领事说，我也非常喜欢这个故事。《渔夫和金鱼的故事》是用叙事诗写成的童话故事。故事中的老太婆总是不满足，向小金鱼提出了一个又一个的要求。老太婆无休止的追求变成了贪婪，从最初的清苦，继而拥有辉煌与繁华，最终又回到从前的贫苦。普罗斯维尔金总领事说完问小记者：故事告诉我们什么道理？小记者们回答：追求好的生活没有错，关键是要适度，过度贪婪的结果必定是一无所获。这个故事对小记者们的来说是一次意外的收获。
Consul general Lvovich said, I also like this story very much. “The Story of Fisherman and Goldfish” is a fairy tale written in a narrative poem. The story is about an old woman who is always not satisfied with everything. She makes non-stop requests to a small goldfish. The old woman turned into endless pursuit of greed. She was in poverty, and then she became a brilliant and prosperous person. Finally, she returned to the poor again. Consul-General Lvovichasked the junior journalists, what is the truth behind this story? They answered that “There is nothing wrong to pursue a happy life, but the key is to maintain at a reasonable level. If a person becomes extremely greedy, he will gain nothing at the end.” This story inspired all the junior journalists as an unexpected gift from this interview.

“普罗斯维尔金总领事，你好! 俄罗斯的中小学教育历来被认为是世界上最全面的学校教育之一。所有学生的课程选择都是固定的吗？将来我们读大学、选择到俄罗斯留学，你认为有哪些优势可以给我们提供？” 小记者问。
“Hello Mr. Consul General, Primary and secondary education in Russia has always been considered one of the most comprehensive school education systems in the world. Are all the students required to take the same courses? In the future, if we want to go to Russia for universities or higher education, what are the advantages we can get to study there?”junior journalist asked.

“Russia currently has 650 state universities and more than 100 private universities with more than 200 professional programs, especially high-level engineering and technology factories. Openness is the driving force and source of innovation, extensive and in-depth exchanges and cooperation will play an important role in promoting new ideas and new technologies. We have developed the use of high-quality educational resources to the maximum and really play a unique role to integrate Chinese and Western cultures to realize the diversity of higher education. Russian courses are not the same for different universities. If you choose to go to Russian colleges for your higher education in the future, I am sure that Russian government will provide you the best conditions.”
