波罗扎诺夫大使毕业于亚里斯多德大学法律系，曾在外交部、青年和科学部等多个职位任职，参与欧洲框架工作方案和国际合作。在担任保加利亚驻华大使期间，积极推动推动保加利亚加入“一带一路”建设。在这个平台上迎接挑战、履行承诺。为保中两国在政治、经济、文化、科技、教育等领域的合作营造良好的环境。

Winning reasons:
Ambassador Porozhanov graduated from the Law Faculty of the Aristotle University in Thessaloniki, Greece, and he has served various positions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Education, Youth and Science and participated in the European framework programs and international cooperation. As the Bulgarian Ambassador to China, he actively promoted the "Belt and Road" initiative to Bulgaria to meet the challenges and fulfill the mutual commitments through this strategic platform.
