Home and Abroad News magazine always pursues its position and value, creates unique news paradigm, creative business philosophy and characteristics through the global media platforms. Based on those resources and accreditations, the press introduced the news person annual prizes to recognize excellent persons who made remarkable contributions to the international society and promoting peace and harmony in the global community. The second winner: the Ambassador of Serbia to China, H.E. Mr. Miomir Udovicki,
入选理由：米奥米尔乌多维契基2006年6月出任塞尔维亚驻华大使，5年多时间，穿梭于塞尔维亚和中国。在米奥米尔积极推动下，2011年塞尔维亚国家对国民做了一个民意调查：有83%国民认为中国环境优良，首选中国作为投资发展、生活、旅游的国家。米奥米尔的举动为塞中两国友好关系发展注入了新的活力。
Reason for selection: Mr. Miomir Udovicki served as the Ambassador to China since June 2006. In the past 5 years, he actively travelled between China and Serbia to promote the bilateral relationships. Last year, a civil survey in Serbia indicated that 83% of Serbian people think China has excellent investment conditions and make China as their top location for investment, living and tourism country. Mr. Miomir Udovicki added new elements to China and Serbia friendly relationships.
