Home and Abroad News magazine always pursues its position and value, creates unique news paradigm, creative business philosophy and characteristics through the global media platforms. In today's diversified conceptual era, Home and Abroad News magazine was designated as the mainstream media by three U.N related organizations. Based on those resources and accreditations, the press introduced the news person annual prizes to recognize excellent persons who made remarkable contributions to the international society and promoting peace and harmony in the global community. The third winner: the Ambassador of Lithuania to Chian, H.E. Mrs. Lina Antanavičienė
入选理由：丽娜•安塔纳维切涅女土一位美丽出色的外交官，上任立陶宛驻华大使职位不久却富有成效。她让立陶宛人民更多地发现中国，中国人民更多地发现立陶宛，特别是筹划、举行的使馆“开放日”活动中，积极向立陶宛人展示中国的文化，并善于与中国大学生交流，她的美貌和智慧给中国人留下了深刻的印象。
Reason for selection: Mrs. Lina Antanavičienė is a beautiful and outstanding diplomat. She achieved many objectives shortly after she became the ambassador in China. She made China more visible to Lithuanian people and let Chinese people learn more about Lithuania. She and the embassy organized many events to promote Chinese culture to Lithuanian people and well communicate with Chinese university students. She left great impression to Chinese people with her beauty and window.
