阿尔巴尼亚位于欧洲巴尔干半岛西岸。2019年中阿将迎来建交70周年庆典。近70年来，中阿两国关系经历了大起大落，给人留下了深刻的经验教训，也留下了传统友谊。2018年8月7日下午，“见证友谊”---中外新闻社小记者团前往阿尔巴尼亚驻华使馆采访副大使安迪•绍伊（Mr. Andi Xhoi）先生。
Albania is located on the west coast of the Balkans in Europe. In 2019, China and Albania will celebrate the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations. In the past 70 years, China- Albania relations have experienced ups and downs, leaving people with precious lessons and traditional friendship. On the afternoon of August 7th, 2018, "Witness Friendship" 2018 Summer Home & Abroad News Press Junior Journalist Delegation visited the Albanian embassy in China and had an interview with the Albanian Deputy Ambassador to China, Mr. Andi Xhoi.
小记者问：“安迪•绍伊先生您好！明年11月23日将迎来中国与阿尔巴尼亚建交70周年纪念，你认为，中阿青少年如何传承这近70年两国的友谊？两国青少年将如何为中阿关系健康发展贡献自己的智慧和力量？”
A junior journalist asked: “Hello Mr. Andi Xhoi! November 23rd, 2019 will be the 70th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Albania. In your opinions, how should the children and teenagers from two countries do to carry on the traditional friendship between Albania and China, and to contribute their own efforts and wisdom to promote the good relations between two nations?
“中国和阿尔巴尼亚明年11月将要举行庆祝建交70周年的活动。在历史的长河中，70年不算长，中国成立以后，阿尔巴尼亚是第一批和中国建交的国家，两国的领导人不断的推进了两国友好关系发展，接下来我们的责任要进一步深化阿尔巴尼亚和中国的友谊。中国和阿尔巴尼亚青少年关心两国国家的重大时事，通过文化的交流，人和人之间的交流，更好的促进两国之间的友谊。”
“China and Albania will hold an event to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries next November. In the history, 70 years is not long. After the new China was founded, Albania was one of the first countries to establish diplomatic relations with China. The leaders of the two countries are constantly promoting the development of friendly relations between the two countries, and then our responsibility is to further deepen the friendship between Albania and China. Chinese and Albanian youth pay close attentions to the major events of the two countries. Through cultural exchanges and people-to-people exchanges will definitely further promote friendship between the two countries.”
有小记者问：“提到一个国家，人们总是习惯于从这个国家所特有的自然地貌，包括风土人情，寻找代表该国家的特点，比如一谈到长江、黄河、大熊猫，人们都知道是中国，提到阿尔巴尼亚，人们应该想到什么呢？”
Another junior journalist asked: “When people are talking about a country, they usually think about the country’s unique natural landscaping, customs, culture and other symbolic characteristics that country has. For example, people know about China through Yellow River, Giant Panda and etc. What will people think of when they are talking about Albania?”
“阿尔巴尼亚最出名的就是山鹰，我们的国旗上就有表现，所以阿尔巴尼亚也被称为鹰的国度，你们听到鹰的国家，他指的就是阿尔巴尼亚。”
“Albania is best known for its mountain eagle, even our national flag has an eagle on it. Therefore, Albania is also known as “the Land of the Eagles”. You hear someone is talking about the eagle land, he must refer to Albania.”
“2013年11月18日，阿尔巴尼亚地拉那大学和北京外国语大学合作创办的首家孔子学院，文化交流是增进两国人民友谊的桥梁，孔子学院日益发挥着沟通中阿两国文化的作用，请问公使：中阿两国文化在新的形势下有哪些深层次的交流与合作？特别是青少年文化的交流？”小记者问。
“November 18th, 2013, Tirana University in Albania and Beijing Foreign Studies University jointly found the first Confucius Institute. Cultural exchange is an important channel to improve bilateral relations. Confucius Institutes has been playing an important role in promoting the cultural exchanges between China and Albania. We want to ask you that how China and Albania will further deepen their cultural exchanges and cooperation in different levels, especially in the youth exchange level?” we asked.
安迪先生谈到，孔子学院的建立，已经成为两国友好合作的典范，在过去的几年，在阿尔巴尼亚，已经有很多人在学习汉语，已经达到3000人，每年都有很多中国的中小学生或者是艺术代表团来到阿尔巴尼亚进行表演，像美术等中国国粹的演出。阿尔巴尼亚也有很多文化代表团到中国，双方得到一个更深层次的交流。
Mr. Andy said that the establishment of the Confucius Institute has become a model for friendly cooperation between the two countries. In the past few years, near 3,000 people have been learning Chinese in Albania. Every year, there are many Chinese primary and middle school students and the art delegations came to Albania to perform, including the Chinese national art. Albania also sent many cultural delegations to China so that both countries could have a deeper exchange.
此次陪同安迪先生接受小记者采访的还有他的儿子Arion Xhoi，看见他小记者问道：“安迪先生，您是一位资深的外交官，请问您是怎么教育你的孩子？他也会像你一样具有外交风范和选择外交工作吗？他的理想是什么？”
With Mr. Andy, his son Arion Xhoi was also with us during the interview. When we looked Arion, we asked: “Mr. Andy, as an experienced diplomat, how are you educating and guiding your child? Will he learn to be a diplomat and choose the same career path as you? What are his dreams?”
安迪先生说：“我儿子出生在美国，上幼儿园又在另外一个国家，然后现在在中国上小学六年级，我鼓励他可以去交更多的朋友，他很喜欢成为一个足球运动员，至于以后呢要不要担任这个外交官工作是他自己的选择，无论干什么，我都会支持他。
Mr. Andy said: “My son was born in the United States, went to kindergarten in another country, and now he is attending the sixth grade of primary school in China. I encouraged him to make more friends. He likes to be a football player. As for the future. Whether or not to work as a diplomat is his own choice. No matter what, I will support him.”
最后一个问题小记者们还与安迪先生中阿两国在教育领域的合作。采访结束后，中外新闻社小记者教Arion Xhoi跳中国舞。Arion Xhoi在使馆的足球练习场教小记者们踢足球。一时间，中阿两国青少年友好交流焕发了新活力，他们在共同续写中阿友好关系新篇章。
The last question was about the educational cooperation programs between China and Albania. At the end of the interview, our junior journalist taught Arion Xhoi the Chinese dance. In the embassy football field, Arion Xhoi played football with junior journalists. In that moment, China and Albania youth friendship exchange revealed new vitality, and they will continue writing new chapters of China and Albania’s friendly relations.
